Fittings are strongly recommended, as it is the best way to ensure a proper fit.  Items pinned by customers will be considered on an individual basis. I cannot guarantee  work done on garments when a fitting is declined .

* A fitting is required for all formalwear.

Prior to any alterations, I suggest washing/drying items per label instructions as they may shrink. This is especially common with jeans and clothing containing cotton fibers. 

Pant alterations - Please bring the shoes you plan on most often wearing with the pants.  Consider bringing a belt as well.

Dress alterations - Please bring the shoes and undergarments you will be wearing with the dress.

Most often, only one fitting is needed. However, for more complex alterations, a second fitting may be required.

Standard turnaround is currently 2-3 weeks, and will often depend on the type of work done. 

I am happy to accommodate rush orders as time permits. There will be an additional fee for this service.

Items will be ready by 4:00p the day they are due. In most cases, this is the soonest day available to begin work on your items.

You are encouraged to try your items on before you leave, so any issues can be addressed as soon as possible.
