Fittings are strongly recommended, as it is the best way to ensure a proper fit.  Items pinned by customers will be considered on an individual basis. I cannot guarantee  work done on garments when a fitting is declined .

* A fitting is required for all formalwear.

Prior to any alterations, I suggest washing/drying items per label instructions as they may shrink. This is especially common with jeans and clothing containing cotton fibers. 

Pant alterations - Please bring the shoes you plan on most often wearing with the pants.  Consider bringing a belt as well.

Dress alterations - Please bring the shoes and undergarments you will be wearing with the dress.

Most often, only one fitting is needed. However, for more complex alterations, a second fitting may be required.

We will schedule a pick-up time at your fitting. It is recommended you try your items on before you take them home. 

Standard turnaround is generally 1-2 weeks, but will often depend on the type of work done. 

I am happy to accommodate rush orders as time permits. There will be an additional fee for this service.

All items must be picked up within 90 days of completion. After 90 days, items will be donated to a local non-profit.
